NASHVILLE’S SPECIALIST IN NERVE DAMAGE RESTORATION AND FIBROMYALGIA

When considering working with Advanced Medical of Nashville, it’s important to understand that we do not work with everyone. Whether you are suffering from diabetic neuropathy, idiopathic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, foot pain, burning feet, numbness in feet, diabetic foot pain, or nerve pain, not everyone who calls our office becomes our patient.

First, you have to be qualified to be seen in our office… meaning you must have the criteria necessary for care.

The steps involved in becoming a patient are:

Step 1. Call to Qualify for Care
Step 2. Comprehensive Intake Exam
Step 3. Individualized Treatment Plan

Step 1. Call to Qualify for Care

Call our office today at 615-224-7779. Our staff will ask you questions to see if you qualify for care in our practice. Due to the unique and comprehensive nature in the way our team of doctors work together, not everyone who contacts our office is a good candidate. If it’s determined that you are a good candidate for our care, you’ll proceed to our comprehensive intake exam.

Step 2. Comprehensive Intake Exam

Our Comprehensive Intake Exam is one aspect of what sets us apart from other doctors you have probably seen. The exam is to further our knowledge of your condition to see if in fact we can help you. You will also have an in depth interview, where we discuss and review your symptoms and what you would like to get out of care in our office.

Step 3. Individualized Treatment Plan

After your Comprehensive Intake Exam, we’ll gather the information you’ve given us with your test results to create a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include additional lab work or follow-up testing. We’ll provide a report of our findings to lay out care to include visits, restorative therapies, and nutritional support.

We truly are a category of one in that we are one of the very rare places in the world that actually looks at all aspects of health. We provide evidenced based results you can measure.
